Kryptronic Software: Support Center
Since 1999, the Support Center has offered Kryptronic clients access to some of the best support resources available. Kryptronic supports one of the most active e-commerce community forums on the Internet, offers full customization services and has it’s own wiki. Community ForumsIf you have a simple question about the software, you should use our online forum to search for an answer or post a question. The forum is free for all users. Unanswered forum inquiries are typically updated several times a week. Software Wiki & DocsThe Kryptronic Software Wiki and the available documentation are great support resources. The wiki is a living document authored by members of the Kryptronic online community and software manuals are available in PDF format. Level 1 (Basic) Support TicketsIf you have a basic support request that has not been addressed on the forum, or you would like Kryptronic to handle the request, you should purchase a Level 1 (Basic) Support Ticket. Tickets are usually addressed within one business day following your ticket order and form submission. After you've purchased a Level 1 (Basic) Support Ticket and received your order number via email, you are ready to submit your ticket. When we receive your ticket information, we'll address your issue on an as-received basis. We will contact you via email with any questions about your ticket, or when your request has been completed. Note: When you submit your ticket, a new ticket will be created for you at the Kryptronic Client Sales & Support Desk. You can track your ticket using the sales and support desk or via email. Level 2 (Advanced) Support TicketsIf you have a need for a custom software modification, or an advanced support request, you should use our Level 2 (Advanced) Support Ticket option. First, submit your request for a quote. Quote requests are usually addressed within one business day following your form submission. After you have received a quote, purchase a ticket for the quoted amount. You will receive an order number for your request via email immediately following your order. After you've made your purchase and received your order number via email, you are ready to submit your ticket. When we receive your ticket information, we'll schedule your job. We will contact you via email with any questions about your request, or when your request has been completed. Note: When you submit both your quote request and your ticket, new tickets will be created for you at the Kryptronic Client Sales & Support Desk. You can track your tickets using the sales and support desk or via email. Installation FormIf you have ordered professional software installation, use the installation form to queue your professional software installation. |
