CCP has allowed me to concentrate on the information end of my site and marketing rather than working with the actual ordering process. I really like how easy it is to expand the cart and add products as they are needed. Navigation is simple and straight forward so my customers don't get lost or confused. The CCP also has a very clean, professional look that reassures timid online customers. I was able to change the graphics and customize the colors and over-all look to fit my site. I even added a nifty Flash banner to jazz it up.
Straight html coding is great because it allows you to integrate other web technologies like Flash or Quicktime. One of the biggest advantages that I have found with CCP over other shopping carts is its flexibility as far as adding new functionality. Our online store can now keep track of "dread points" which allows us to give free products to customers who refer other customers. The new point section fits in so well you would swear it had always been there. I've been very impressed with ClickCartPro, their fast and friendly customer service and I recommend them to anyone considering ecommerce.
