King Mullet uses CCP to manage our entire site. After many, many hours trying to develop a website on our own that would allow our customers to have a POSITIVE Internet buying experience, we finally ran across ClickCartPro almost a year ago. CCP has allowed our website to move from a nice site to look at, to a GREAT site for our customers to visit. The shopping cart module is very powerful, allowing multiple options for each product, with only a simple modification to the software. We utilize the Mail List feature to offer our customers incentives to buy, as well as to keep them up to date with our new products. Our customers have commented on how easy the site is to navigate, and how quickly it loads.
The administrative time needed to get our site up and running was dramatically reduced, due to the easy to use web-based administration features. It allows me to modify the site from anywhere I can log on the Internet, which has come in handy when we add products and run specials. Order tracking is very detailed, which allows us to keep close tabs on the bottom line.
Before we had CCP, very few customers would purchase on the site, due to the difficulty of use of our previous carts, and the lack of perceived security. With CCP, our customers orders have dramatically increased through the website, which allows us to spend more time running the company, instead of selling the products in person.
Having tried many different shopping cart programs, and trying to integrate them into our current website, and our online transaction processing partner, it is nice to have finally found a program that does it all.
