I am the webmaster for a nationally syndicated morning radio program. We recently made the decision to offer show related merchandise online.
After weeks of searching for an online store to suit our needs, we decided upon ClickCart Pro, Version 4.0. It is one of the best decisions we have made. The program is very easy to install and configure.
I spent less than an hour reading the manual and had our store operational the same day. The only problem I encountered was due to my own mistake. I had uploaded a critical file in binary mode instead of ASCII mode. One phone call to ClickCartPro support had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes.
What impressed me even more than the extremely fast response was the fact that the Support Representative did not try to talk me through the problem, but actually found it AND fixed it for me.
Our store operates perfectly. I rarely recommend products to any of my peers, but I find myself compelled to do so with this package. The ease of installation and configuration, and the excellent support staff make this the perfect e-commerce solution.
