Database Username*

Order Number*

Enter the order number that was provided to you in your order confirmation email for your installation service purchase. Your order number begins with 'KRYPT' and is followed by a series of between nine and eleven numeric characters.

Software License Key*

Enter the software license key that was provided to you in your order confirmation email for your Kryptronic Hybrid X Core (KHXC) license. Your software license key begins with 'X-' and is followed by a series of twenty alpha-numeric characters.

Other Access Information

If you know of any required cURL proxies, if your server requires SMTP authorization or if your server runs SSL or HTTP connections on non-standard ports, please provide information below to aid the installer in completing the installation without having to contact you for this information. These items do not affect most servers.

If you do not have your database set up yet, or you don't know how to set it up, please provide access information for your hosting control panel software. We will need your control panel URL, username and password if you choose to supply that information.
