Community Forums
If you have a simple question about the software, you should use our online forum to search for an answer or post a question. The forum is free for all users. Unanswered forum inquiries are typically updated several times a week.
The forum is a great place to exchange ideas, tips and tricks with experts on ClickCartPro and EuropaCart, but sometimes you need expert help. If you have an issue, and would like a Kryptronic engineer to help you ASAP, please call us, or submit a Level 1 (Free) Support Ticket, and we'll get you answers as quickly as possible, at no charge for most requests.
Software Wiki, Docs & Videos
The Kryptronic Software Wiki, documentation and training videos are great support resources. The wiki is a living document authored by members of the Kryptronic online community, software manuals are available in PDF format, and videos are direct from YouTube.
Level 1 (Free) Support Tickets
If you have a support request that has not been addressed on the forum, or you would like Kryptronic to handle the request, call 1-800-704-4160 (US Toll Free), or 717-747-1996 (International), or submit a Level 1 (Free) Support Ticket. Tickets are usually addressed within one business day following your form submission. When we receive your ticket, we'll address your issue on an as-received basis. We will contact you via email with any questions about your ticket, or when your request has been completed.
Note: When you submit your ticket, a new ticket will be created for you at the Kryptronic Client Sales & Support Desk. You can track your ticket using the Kryptronic Client Sales & Support Desk, or via email.
