Kryptronic Software: Support Center
Since 1999, the Support Center has offered Kryptronic clients access to some of the best support resources available. Kryptronic supports one of the most active e-commerce community forums on the Internet, offers full customization services and has it’s own wiki. Community ForumsIf you have a simple question about the software, you should use our online forum to search for an answer or post a question. The forum is free for all users. Unanswered forum inquiries are typically updated several times a week. Software Wiki & DocsThe Kryptronic Software Wiki and the available documentation are great support resources. The wiki is a living document authored by members of the Kryptronic online community and software manuals are available in PDF format. Basic Support TicketsIf you have a basic support request that has not been addressed on the forum, or you would like Kryptronic to handle the request, use our basic two-step support ticket system. Basic support tickets are usually addressed within one to two business days following your ticket order and form submission. After you've purchased a basic support ticket and received your order number via email, submit basic support ticket request using our basic support ticket form. When we receive your basic support ticket form submission, we'll address your issue on an as-received basis. We will contact you via email with any questions about your ticket, or when your request has been completed. Advanced Support (Quoted)If you have a need for a custom modification to the software, or an advanced support request, you should use our advanced support (quoted) option. First, submit your request for a quote using our support quote form. Tech support quote requests are usually addressed within one to two business days following your form submission. After you have received a quote for a custom modification or advanced support job, purchase the advanced support using our online store. Please be sure to purchase the appropriate amount of support. You will receive an order number for your request via email immediately following your order. After you've purchased advanced support and received your order number via email, submit your advanced support request using our advanced support form. When we receive your advanced support form submission, we'll schedule your job. We will contact you via email with any questions about your request, or when your request has been completed. Paid advanced tech support requests are usually completed within three to six business days following your advanced support form submission. Installation FormIf you have ordered professional software installation, use the installation form to queue your professional software installation. ClickCartPro 5.0 & 5.1 SupportSupport for earlier versions of ClickCartPro is available through our certified support partner, CartMod. CartMod is a Kryptronic Certified development firm for ClickCartPro version 5.0 (CCP5) and version 5.1 (tiki). |
